The Gravity, Breath, Vision and Sound Workshops primarily focussed on your Perception of your immediate personal environment and engagement with your internal environment.

Gravity Games
You will learn to harness and focus your own conscious attention.
​
Rather than trying to shut off your mind we want to fully engage it to its highest capacities of curiosity and creativity.
You will use these to create your own personal Virtual Reality simulations to explore your own body.
​
Sensory Intelligence
You will be guided through a series of exercises and activities designed to connect to each of your senses.
​
Sight, Smell, Hearing and Taste will be looked at in turn. Each perception system will then be leveraged to intelligently develop your capacity to feel.
You will develop Touch externally; Interoception internally.
