ONE TO ONE SESSIONS
Sensory Intelligence in Practice
Grounded in Neuroscience, inspired by Ancient Wisdom, and delivered through Direct Sensory Experience—our approach builds Presence, Resilience and Health from the ground up.

A one-to-one recalibration of how your entire system engages with the world— not just physically, but perceptually, emotionally, and cognitively. We begin with the body — gravity, pressure, balance — but we’re really upgrading the underlying software: the mental maps, muscular reflexes, perceptual habits, emotional imprints, and meaning-making frameworks that govern how you live, move, and feel. This is treatment, training and self-recovery in one. You’ll leave not only feeling better — but with the tools and awareness to return to that state again and again. This is where you begin to build what we call Sensory Intelligence.
MIND & BODY
Each session integrates two powerful elements working together to upgrade your system through sensation, awareness, and posture.
Vertical Massage

Most treatments happen lying down. But life isn’t horizontal. Standing upright, your body is in active negotiation with gravity. This is where deep learning happens. Vertical Massage offers a unique opportunity: to rewire your responses in real time — while interacting with gravity, breath, balance, and stillness. It’s hands-on, intelligent, fully clothed, and profoundly integrating. Rather than "fixing" muscles, we invite the nervous system to rewire its relationship to load, tension, and movement — giving rise to lasting change. And because emotional history lives in posture and breath, we often uncover and soften long-held patterns that shape how you feel — not just physically, but emotionally.
Neurological Guidance

This isn’t just bodywork — it’s neurological education. We speak to your system through both sensation and concept. Through physical feedback, your body re-learns how to soften, stand, yield, and feel. But alongside this, your mind is invited in — through precise cues, metaphors, and frameworks that expand your internal reference points. This dialogue between body and mind builds clarity not just in your posture — but in your perception. Sensory Intelligence arises when physical sensation, emotional insight, and cognitive awareness begin to collaborate.
"I can't believe how relaxing (and at the same time interesting) the sessions are. My anxiety levels have dropped significantly."

"This has totally changed the way I stand and walk. My back pain has actually gone and I feel 10 years younger!"

WHATS INVOLVED?
What actually happens in a session? In a Vertical Massage session, you remain upright and fully clothed, supported in a way that allows your body to relax while staying awake and responsive. Through guided touch, posture work, and verbal cues, we bring your awareness to how you hold tension and relate to gravity in real time. You won’t be zoning out — you’ll be learning, adjusting, and actively participating in how your system rewires under load. Vertical Massage is not a passive treatment — it’s a conscious, embodied experience that recalibrates how you stand, move, and feel.
What does “software” mean when we talk about the body? Most chronic tightness is caused by outdated instructions your nervous system keeps sending to your muscles. We work with an 80:20 principle: 80% of persistent tension stems from unnecessary nerve signalling — the software layer 20% relates to physical muscle tissue — the hardware This approach targets the 80%: the patterns that generate physical strain, mental noise, and emotional bracing.
Where in the body do we begin? We start where your tension is most obvious — often the neck, shoulders, or back — then explore the upstream and downstream patterns that support or distort it. This helps reveal deeper, often unconscious, compensation strategies.
What should I wear to a session? Sessions are fully clothed. Wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothes — like yoga wear or soft casuals — that allow you to stand and move with ease. Shoes are not needed during the session.
Will I feel tired after a session? Usually not — but you may feel a shift. Because you're upright and engaged throughout, most people leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected — rather than spaced out or depleted. If you've released deep tension or emotion, you might want to rest afterward — but it’s typically a restful integration, not exhaustion.
What will I walk away with? Reduced physical tension Improved postural clarity A personal felt-sense of presence Tools to self-regulate Emotional ease and resilience A more enjoyable relationship with your body and your moment-to-moment experience
"I've never felt more alive and present. I realise now how much I have been living in my head. I feel like I have a secret superpower :)"

"I've been dealing with neck pain for years. Each session has progressively loosened it. But more importantly, I now know how to help myself.
