Beyond breath techniques, the focus of this workshop is the sensory experience of your breath. How does it feel?​

 

In Presence through Gravity, you learned to focus on the constant background stillness of Gravity. The constant constant. Your Fundamental Base Layer.


In this workshop, you shift your attention to the constant background movement of your breath. The constantly changing constant. Your Dynamic Base Layer.


The two Base Layers are the two non-negotiable constants that underpin your experience of reality. They simply are. You are always present within them. The matrix of your space & time. Your here & now.

By investing your capacity to feel and navigate within this matrix you develop Presence.

In this workshop, you will learn to deliberately feel the rhythm and flow of your breath, creating a dynamic reference for calibrating and influencing your physical and sensory state. The result is a deep, authentic sense of Presence felt by yourself and those around you.

Simple and Fun: We will keep things simple and fun so you can easily access and use these skills anytime, anywhere.

Phases of Breath: Connect deeply with your breath by understanding the inhalation and exhalation phases, and discover the power of still-points within the cycle. Enhance your awareness of the active and passive phases of breathing, and learn how to synchronize or desynchronize these phases for powerful effects.

Emotional Power: Use your breath to explore and manage the emotion of surprise and its physiological impacts. This skill is essential for identifying and handling stress effectively.

Whole Body Awareness: Experience your breath throughout your entire body. Learn to connect this sensation to other senses, enhancing your perception and improving your posture.

Timing Mastery: Develop an awareness of your body's various cycles and learn to align your actions and responses with this internal timing mechanism.

Sensory Simulation Skills: This is where it gets exciting! Be guided in generating sensory experiences consistent with your mind's creations. Far from complex, this process is intuitive, entertaining, and transformative.

Gravity Games

You will learn to harness and focus your own conscious attention.

​

Rather than trying to shut off your mind we want to fully engage it to its highest capacities of curiosity and creativity.

 

You will use these to create your own personal Virtual Reality simulations to explore your own body.

​

Sensory Intelligence

You will be guided through a series of exercises and activities designed to connect to each of your senses.

​

Sight, Smell, Hearing and Taste will be looked at in turn. Each perception system will then be leveraged to intelligently develop your capacity to feel. 

 

You will develop Touch externally;  Interoception internally.
