In this workshop, you will learn to experience and leverage your visual system intelligently and deliberately to develop FOCUS, PERSPECTIVE, INSIGHT, CLARITY and PERIPHERAL THINKING.
Discover the simple parameters that work together to build your formidable capacity to engage with the visual field and learn to harness this for greater self-awareness and well-being and mental clarity.
Why Vision?

Your vision is your most developed sense. With one-third of your brain devoted to vision, your interaction with both the mechanics of image capture and the interpretation and processing of visual information profoundly influences your conscious experience of the world around you and your place within it.​

In this workshop, you will learn to physically feel the sensory engagement of your visual experience—to actually feel what vision requires of you on a physical level.
You will develop your capacity for actual vision externally and then redeploy this to look inward (we call this skill Sensory In-Sight) and to use your visual physical visual parameters in the cognitive domain.

By enhancing your relationship with your visual capacity, you will deepen your connection with your environment and elevate your overall sense of Presence.

Rather than trying to shut off your mind we want to fully engage it to its highest capacities of curiosity and creativity.
You will use these to create your own personal Virtual Reality simulations to explore your own body and mental landscape.

You will be guided through a series of simple but engaging exercises designed to engage with your sensory system from the ground up.​
Each perception system will then be leveraged to intelligently develop your sense of Feeling:
